How does Coinholland create my premium business coins?
Coinholland has its own in-house design team that is closely involved in the creative process. In addition, we have an exclusive partnership with a factory in China, where the coins are produced according to our strict quality standards. During production, Coinholland conducts multiple manual and machine quality checks to ensure the creation of a perfect premium coin.
What quality does a Coinholland premium business coin have?
The quality of our premium business coin is exceptionally high and is often compared to that of a piece of jewelry. Each coin is crafted from premium materials and individually produced with the utmost care.
Why did Coinholland develop the Rotterdam Skyline coin?

How can I order a premium business coin from Coinholland?
You can submit a request through our website. We will then contact you to discuss your wishes, design, and the details of your premium business coin.
Can I provide my own design?
Yes. You may submit your logo, image, or sketch. Our design team will ensure it is made suitable for production.
Does Coinholland assist with the design?
Absolutely. If you do not yet have a design, we will work with you to create one.
A great example is the premium Rotterdam Skyline coin, which Coinholland designed in-house.
Can I see a sample coin before production starts?
Yes. You will first receive a digital proof for approval. Production will only begin after your confirmation.
Please note: you must agree to our general terms and conditions, and the invoice must be fully paid before the production process starts.
Until when can I change or cancel my order?
As long as the digital proof has not been finally approved, you may change or cancel your order.
What is the difference between a static and a dynamic QR code?
CoinHolland can add any QR code you want to your premium business coin. It is important to carefully consider in advance whether you want a static or a dynamic QR code on your coin.
Static QR code: fixed information, cannot be edited, no internet required, no statistics, often free, suitable for permanent uses.
Dynamic QR code: editable information, internet required, statistics available, usually paid, ideal for marketing, campaigns, and events.
What QR-code link options are available?
If you decide to add a QR-code link to your premium business coin, there are many possibilities. Some examples include: websites, social media, or Wi-Fi access.

What materials are used to make a premium business coin?
Our premium business coin is made of 90% recycled high-quality iron, with a copper intermediate layer and an enamel finish. The enamel can be applied in any color of your choice. The outline and outer edge are standard finished in antique bronze.
In consultation with the client, other materials such as gold, silver, or bronze can be selected to refine the finish.
Can the coin be printed on both sides?
Yes. You can choose a single-sided or double-sided design.
Are there additional options available?
Yes. Options include enamel coloring, relief stamping (3D effect), special edge finishing, and luxury packaging such as a coin holder, velvet pouch, or presentation box.

How is the price determined?
The price depends on the order volume, size, material, and finish.
As a reference: our premium business coin is available starting from €10 per piece, including a coin holder and velvet pouch.
Which payment methods does Coinholland accept?
Payments can be made via iDEAL, bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
Shipping & Warranty

What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, Coinholland strives to personally deliver orders where possible, for a small fee. If this is not possible, regular shipping rates apply. Worldwide shipping is also available, with country-specific rates.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Coinholland strives to provide excellent service and therefore carries out multiple quality checks throughout the entire process — from your registration to the delivery of your premium business coins.
Should any issue arise despite these efforts, please contact us within 8 days of receiving your premium coins. We will do our best to provide an appropriate solution whenever possible.
Returns

Can I return my order?
No. Premium business coins are always custom-made and are therefore non-returnable. The customer determines the design and approves the proof before production begins. It is therefore important to carefully consider how many coins you wish to order.
Do the coins come with a warranty?
Yes. Our coins come with a standard 2-year factory warranty. If stored in a dry and protected place, Coinholland even provides a lifetime warranty.
Reseller & Ambassador

Would you like to become a reseller of the Rotterdam Skyline coin?
Coinholland is looking for entrepreneurs in the Rotterdam area – preferably at locations with a high volume of tourists – to offer our Rotterdam Skyline coin as an additional sales item.
Coinholland provides all promotional materials (an A4 flyer in an elegant display and social media content) and supplies an initial stock of Rotterdam Skyline coins so you can start right away.
There is also an opportunity to join our reseller program (pilot phase) at no cost.

Coinholland offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to create their own premium coin, which is ideal for resale to customers and supporters. It can serve as a souvenir, keepsake, or special gift.
